Joanna: Good morning. What can I do for you?

especially 是副词（adverb），意思是"特别地；尤其；专门地"，用来强调某个对象、某种情况比其他的更突出。

She especially likes chocolate. (她特别喜欢巧克力。)
2️⃣ 表示"专门地"（为某目的而做）
This gift is especially for you. (这个礼物是专门给你的。)

3️⃣ 表示"尤其"（在众多之中突出某个）
I like fruit, especially apples. (我喜欢水果，尤其是苹果。)
The street is crowded, especially on weekends. (这条街很拥挤，尤其在周末。)
💡 使用要点：
especially常放在它所强调的词语前面（如especially on weekends）；放在动词前时一般在实义动词前、助动词/be 动词后（如She especially likes .../I'm especially tired）。
